The terms governing your use of this website and your engagement of LAQUE BOX LLC.
1. Scope
These Terms govern use of the Site and its informational content. Any consulting engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement executed by both parties. Nothing on this Site creates a consulting, advisory, or client relationship between you and us.
2. Description of Services
LAQUE BOX LLC provides management and professional consulting services across administrative, business, financial (non-investment), general, medical-office, records, reorganizational, site-location, and strategic-planning consulting; actuarial, benefit, compensation, employee-assessment, human-resource, labor-relations, organization-development, and personnel consulting; customer-service, marketing, sales-management, and new-product-development consulting; customs, efficiency, freight-rate, inventory, logistics and supply-chain, manufacturing, materials, operations-research, distribution, production, productivity, tariff, transportation, telecommunications, and utilities consulting; environmental, ecological-restoration, reclamation, remediation, sanitation, and wetland-planning consulting; and specialty consulting in the agricultural, biological, chemical, economic, engineering, energy, physical-science, safety, security, veterinary, and related technical fields. Site descriptions are summaries only; scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined solely in the applicable written agreement.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAQUE BOX LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LAQUE BOX LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Riverside County, California, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
14. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version here. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest revision; continued Site use after changes constitutes acceptance.
